Order in 4 steps

  1. Choose your products: every item is sold in packs.
  2. Add to cart: without an account prices include VAT; with an account you see prices excluding VAT, with 8.1% VAT added in the cart.
  3. Order without an account and pay by bank transfer or online with Stripe.
  4. Delivery by Swiss Post: free from CHF 100 excl. VAT (CHF 108.10 incl. VAT).

The threshold applies to private and trade customers. Each order pays its own shipping.

When it arrives

We pack your order once payment is received. Card: authorised when you order; bank transfer: payment within 3 working days, otherwise the order is cancelled.

Shipped with Swiss Post, tracked. Delivery to Swiss addresses only; for other countries write to info@adela-swiss.com.

Damaged, missing or faulty goods

info@adela-swiss.com or +41 78 605 10 72, with photos and order number; trade customers within 8 days of receipt. If a defect is confirmed we repair, replace, reduce the price or refund.

Returns of non-faulty goods

Non-faulty goods cannot be returned unless agreed with us in writing before sending them back.
