Data Protection Declaration

Data protection – security and protection on the Internet Privacy and data security are topics that fuel insecurity and questions when using online offers. We therefore wish to overcome this insecurity by offering the maximum possible transparency and explaining in detail to what extent and for what purposes, during the use of our site, data is collected, how it is used and, possibly, to whom it is transferred. Scope and purpose of the collection of personal data To allow the user to purchase goods or services through our website, we need the following data to process orders:

The user provides us with this personal data by registering as a guest or by creating a personal customer account. To guarantee system security, during the use of our site the web server also saves by default the connection data of the computer making the request, the pages visited by the user, the date and duration of the visit, the browser and the operating system used and the website through which the user reached our site. This data is saved in anonymized form, so that from the beginning it cannot be associated with identified or identifiable persons.

Consent By communicating their data during registration as a guest or during the creation of a personal customer account and/or during the use of our website without registering, the user declares that they are aware of this data protection declaration and accepts that their data be collected, processed, used and transferred within the scope and to the extent defined for the purposes described in this document.

The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time through the appropriate link present within each newsletter.

Forms Through our website, the user has the possibility to contact us for the most varied reasons. Depending on the reason for the contact, different data is requested within the form. Personal data such as title, first name, last name, e-mail address and type of problem must be provided for the purpose of contacting you and to allow dialogue with the user. Furthermore, the user has the possibility to enter their order number to refer to a specific case.

Data security To guarantee security in the transfer of data, a secure SSL connection is used. In this way, unauthorized third parties will not be able to read the user's data during the transfer. To understand if a page is protected via SSL, observe the page address, which must start with https://. Within most browsers a small closed padlock also appears.

Links to other Internet pages Our website contains links to third-party websites, as well as integrated images and video content of the latter.
